Dr. Joseph Roberts, MD

This is my very first time leaving a review however for Dr. Roberts I felt the need too. I've been a patient of Dr. Roberts for 23 years and he has provided my husband and I nothing but excellent and professional service. I love when Doctors treat patients like human beings instead of a CHART! Dr. Roberts listens and when you go to your next visit, he REMEMBERS the conversation and will ask follow-up questions about whatever the conversation was about. There are countless Doctors who ONLY CARE about getting PAID however it's a blessing when Doctors actually care about the health and well-being of their patients. Whatever is ailing you, Dr. Roberts will get to the bottom of it and find out what's wrong with you. I can go on and on however I will end with this: Dr. Roberts RESPECTS the privacy of his patients and I have nothing but RESPECT for him and his practice!

Good at what he does makes you feel comfortable and that means a lot

What a shame, that such a wonderful doctor as such an incompetent staff! Time to look for a new doctor! Only because his staff is just horrible to deal with. Staff unfortunately is 90% of the experience in an office.

Dr.Joseph Roberts is a amazing Doctor he can be trusted in making sure your health is in the best condition. He listen's to all your health concerns. He makes you feel very comfortable that you would want to always return to him. His staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable as well. I will keep Dr.Roberts as my Doctor for all these reasons. My thanks go out to DR.Roberts and his staff.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I won’t change him for the world. He has the best bedside manner. I recommended many patients which all love him. My whole family goes to him. His knowledge is beyond any other doctor I been too.

Over one month unable to get through to office! Phone line out of service or you get on call service, leave message but no callback! Terrible practice!!!! Still waiting for authorization for a test. Time to find another doctor with a better staff!

It gives me great displeasure to write this review. I myself have been a patient for a few years. I always thought Dr. Roberts was compassionate and determined to help with a medical issue. However, ever since his staff changed, the practice has changed. I brought another family member to see Dr. Roberts. He listened carefully and was assuring that he would find the solution. However, he prescribed 2 strong antibiotics without knowing if there was an infection (the pharmacist herself recommended not to start them until we knew for certain if there was an infection). He gave us a stool kit which wasn't covered under our insurance, the office was notified, and we still haven't received the next step (2 weeks). We haven't received the authorization for a CT scan which is also over 2 weeks. The office phones were inoperable for nearly a month so all messages go thru service. Is this a way to treat a patient with a physical issue? So its now over 2 weeks and nothing has been done!!!!

I think Dr. Roberts has a winning combination of professionalism and caring and compassion. I have and would highly recommended him. Dr. Roberts does not rush you and spends enough time to answer your questions. Which unfortunately is unique in visiting doctors.

Dr. Roberts is a excellent doctor who truly takes his time with his examination. I would definitely recommend him.

Amazing doctor as well as his staff.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. I applied for disability insurance and his notes were completely illegible. When asked if his notes can possibly be transcribed, he refused and prompted to kick me out of his office. I do not understand why I would deserve such treatment, but as a doctor, I know to never treat patients in this manner. Bedside manner is everything for patients, please don't disrespect your patients and your profession.

Dr Roberts was very good but the office staff was horrible. Almost impossible to get in touch with them and after leaving a message usually with the answering service, never a callback. Your not that important I went a whole week without medication because me or the pharmacist couldn't get in touch with them.

Went to him for about 15 years, till he was dropped by our insurance. Hated to leave him. Wonderful doctor, very personable and knowledgeable.

He was so good! VERY thorough and extremely knowledgeable. VERY FRIENDLY and talks to you in a way you can understand everything. He makes you feel very at ease. HIGHLY recommend either as a specialist or as your primary doctor. One of the best doctors I have ever seen
