Started fine when young, became an administrator
I was a patient of Dr Quaranta from the very first time he came to the area 20 years ago and was happy with his care. Over the years I was successively shifted to unknown follow up Doctors and now PDA's in what has become a meaningless practice at Quinnipiac Medical Center. They now change doctors at will (and there is great turnover), fail to respond to pharmacies for prescriptions, and seem to have absolutely no continuity on their service.Moreover, more and more doctor friends has reluctantly say their family members have had the same experience. I would reluctantly not recommend going to this office.

Dr. Quaranta has been my internist for over 15 years. I have the deepest admiration for his excellence as a doctor, as well as for his concern for his patients, kindness, and bedside manner. He virtually changed my life when he became my doctor, and has inspired me to take the best possible care of myself. Thank you, Dr. Quaranta!

Excellent doctor, but has to be one of the worse run offices in CT. Office procedures anti-patient - shutting down message taking 2x during business hours, evidence of lack of responsiveness when your caregiver not working that day/week, unsympathetic in getting RX orders to the drugstore...

He is a great doctor. IF you can in to see him! Average wait for an appointment is 3 weeks?!?! Really? Come on! You get pushed off to another doctor if you are lucky. If not you get a PA. I would rather go to a walk in to see a PA!
