The doctor knows his job but the billing department needs help. I took my newborn for an appointment few days after I left the hospital and asked them to Bill my insurance company but I was told that my son was not on my policy yet so I had to pay $100 up front to cover the expenses. I never received a call from them to ask me if I have a policy # for my son until I called to ask for the money I paid upfront and I was told that they had 90 days to Bill and it was too late now. REALLY???????
