Glad I no longer go there, as someone else said I found him condescending, they push for 2 visits a year even though most plans won't pay for 2 visits a year. I felt they over bill heavily, either the way the code or got forbid at your physical when they ask if you have any more questions you ask one and they bill extra for that. Office staff was not terribly pleasant most of the time and one of their snowflake gen x nurses was offended at the drop of a hat. I will say wait times where always pretty good. Generally the office staff was better when they were on route 28, went downhill from there.

I have been seeing Dr Ordonez for 3 years now. I always liked that I never had to wait and I was promptly seen. Back then the ladies at the front desk were all very friendly and went above and beyond to help you schedule appointments. The staff that joined in the past year apparently did not receive the same training, lacking common sense & telephone etiquette. Calling 5 times in one day, without leaving a VM because of confidentiality, (even with my authorization) but then leave me a voicemail about a test result, with diagnosis by his secretary. I was so stressed because of course when I called the front desk could not explain the message they had just left. If you have a cold or need an antibiotic, don't bother calling. Instead of calling in a script, you will be sent to the urgent care and possibly ER, to suffer through hours of bs and being discharged with out a script. If you're lucky they will only pick a condition 3 years ago and make you relive that nightmare because why not?

I find him to be very condescending. I've been going to him for many years, but I believe today was my last visit. I've had enough of his attitude and snarky remarks.

In first visit he became clearly agitated when I couldn't remember the exact spelling of a med from my psychiatrist. A list is ideal, however I was there for followup on 5 urgent care visits in previous 7 days (as directed). Sorry. Years later I now notice in my records (for a later visit): "pt is nonfasting and has been noncompliant wiht labs in the past so will not trust to return fasting". Fast for some, others not. Tell me which is which.. I sensed no intuition, thus it IS a practice.
