Clinical Staff make Dr. Odin look bad
My liver doctor stopped practicing in NJ so I was forced to select a new one. While I think Dr. Odin might be a suitable replacement, his clerical staff is extremely inefficient seemingly incompetent. It shouldn’t take months to get test results or an appointment scheduled. After several times requesting results from an appointment I had months earlier, I received a call from his PA who had to excuse herself because when she opened my records no results had been posted yet. I’ve only met with him once more and was given a script for abdominal ultrasound. I called the office and requested they send the script directly to the provider. They did not. I called again prior to my appt for the test and was assured they would. Arrived for test no script. Not at provider or in my chart.

By far the best doctor I've seen yet. Prompt, super friendly and if I didn't live in Florida, I would see him. I went to him for a third opinion and they gave me the answers. Always in contact with them. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
