Hammer toe surgery not working out
One of my hammertoes when he did surgery developed a flail/floppy toe. He told me after 6 mos would release a little tight spot in my foot &it would straighten right out. It’s been nothing but a nightmare. I went in for the procedure six months after the hammertoe surgery &the toe did not straighten out. Now there’s a really sensitive spot & nothing can touch the top of my foot & I’m petrified that it’s a nerve. Miserable experience with the staff. Told to hurry up on the phone when I trying to write down an appt. Another staff would not help with needed appts for complications. Some of the office staff are ok, but some of them have woken up on wrong side of bed. I dread having to call the office. They speak rudely to patients. Only reluctantly pass messages to Dr some times not always. Not my first complication from the hammertoe surgery but the half the Staff are caustic. When a patient has other medical conditions, the staff have no empathy. Dread the office now.

Nice Doctor
Dr Naas is a nice person but was not able to help me or my husband with our feet. For me PT worked , but nothing worked for my husband. Karen, receptionist, is most unhelpful and obstructive, She wouldn't send Dr Naas' notes to my PT unless I gave her his fax number which I didn't have. (I don't have a cell.) Dr Naas had corresponded with the PT in the past, so the necessary information must have been available. i had to write a letter to Dr Naas for assistance. Another time I called to extend my PT appointments and Karen said I would have to come in for an appointment (I live 30 miles away). I suggested she ask the doctor and let him decide. He extended my PT.

Dr. Naas is a fine doctor. At one time I could not walk because of callouses on the bottom of my feet. He on slowly & gently and then I could walk. He is very courteous, kind. caring, intelligent, expeditious, an expert in his field. He never rushes one; he listens to what you have to say and takes time with you. He has made my life so much better.
