I have absolutely nothing nice to say about this place , I have tried to refer multiple patient's from my practice to Dr Motto and they NEVER contact the patients. I called and inquired about these patient's referrals and was rudely informed that it was my responsibility to schedule Dr. Motto's patients? Since when do referrals work like that ? The office lady talked to me like I was absolutely stupid , I finally told her I had enough and she was very rude . My provider and I both agree we do not feel comfortable sending our patients here . If this is how they speak to other healthcare providers about patient care I cannot imagine how they actually treat patients .

The furniture in the waiting room looked like it was from Good Will. He was wearing old clothes with no lab coat--all so unprofessional. He was rude, hard to talk to and understand. I was glad when my appointment was over only to find he wants me to come back. I'm not sure what to do--maybe talked to my primary care physician. In any case, I'm anxious for my relationship with this practice to end. Creepy.

This office is absolutely disgusting. I have been in public restrooms cleaner than this place! Dr. Motto was just as disgusting. He wiped his face, eyes, and nose with his hand during my entire appointment and NEVER ONCE washed his hands or used hand sanitizer. Equipment was literally duck taped together and falling apart. While I was in the waiting room he also got into an altercation with his staff and did not seem to care that patients were around. I will NEVER go back!

He was the most rude doctor I have ever been too. He slurred his words and I couldn't understand him. He called me stupid because I had no idea what he had said. His instruments were old and should be replaced. I left in tears. Do not go here. I'm so sorry I went.

Two hour wait. One room for doctor to see patients one at a time. Doctor left practice to go get medicine at a pharmacy instead of a worker. Doctor is 68, too old to be practicing too. Oh,and they don't take your copay until after you have been seen, because ofso many walkouts. Don't waste your time.

I had to quit going here. Between the 2+hour wait times and Dr. Motto talking about politics and his views the entire visit once with him. This is a place for health not politics. A 10 min checkup turned into 45 min (in room) because he wouldn't stop complaining about politics.

We found him difficult to talk to - abrupt and not always listening, interrupts. He did take time with us though and hopefully has given a good treatment plan.

I would never reccommend the Dr. to anyone. The front desk staff are rude and I have been there three times. The first time I waited for over 2hrs, second time waited over an hour and had reschedule, and the third time waited for 1.5hrs. The waiting room was not clean nor was the equipment sterile. I watch him use tools to look into my ears and put them right back into the drawer. He constantly rubs his face and nose while writing notes in my file. Same clothes all three visits.
