I was a patient of Dr. Motta for about three years. The last experience with unending cancellation of appointments without the slightest reason and compassion did me in. When I said to the staff who had called me several times to confirm appointments, and then less than 24 hours to each revised date of appointment, cancelled on multiple occasions, I was done. I informed her, I will change doctor. I got an indifference response! The staff is really rude and uncaring. This was within a span of about 6 months of appointments, reschedules, and cancellations. It was really frustrating and unprofessional.

I was a patient of Dr Motta’s for many years in 2016 he removed bladder stones from me. And previously kidney stones also. On June 4 I had an ultrasound which he ordered and it showed 2 large bladder stones, he had me have a repeat ultrasound in his office as well as another test . Well after 5 appointment changes and 4 cancellations between July and August 19 by his office all for the same procedure 1 which was 3 hours before the procedure I finally had enough. I switched Drs and in the span of less than 2 weeks they’re gone.

If I could give zero starts I would. Awful! Rude and incompetent staff! They do not call you back. They don't send your labs out when they say they are. Then they tell you come back at THEIR convenience to re test even though you've already been on antibiotics for 5 days! Worst office ever. I would not send my worst enemy there! Not to mention they won't give you an appointment for test results until 30 days later!

Dr. Motta is an excellent physician. As a dedicated medical professional, he is compassionate, intelligent, upbeat, welcoming and has a driven passion and love for his work. Always up to date on the latest methods and technology, he is able perform true healing. Recently, the good doctor has given me better quality of life. What was thought to be impossible, he made possible without major surgery. I have been a patient for the last 20 years and am truly grateful for his care. Outstanding!

Last Friday (1/6/17) I had a "cuff test" at the office. The only instruction I was given after being hooked up was to begin urinating. The woman left the room and came back 2 1/2 hours later. No one checked on me and no one answered my calls for assistance. My legs and back were hurting from standing in one place with my pants and undergarments down. After getting home, I checked the internet to find out how long this test takes and the answer was 5 to 25 minutes. I canceled future tests.

Dr. Motta is very personable, thorough, professional. Highly recommend him. However, scheduling staff lacking. The day before scheduled appt rcvd a reminder call. Arrived 20 min. early but still waited over two hours. If there was a legit reason, I should have been told he was running late. I feel my time is valuable and should have been accorded the same respect for Dr.'s time I gave the dr. A 30 min delay ok but not 2 hours. I should have been given the option to reschedule if delay unavoid.

Neither Dr. Motta, nor his PA, never looked at the full results of the blood-test that I was sent for when I first saw him. I had to repeatedly ask to see the results before the PA bothered to look at them. When I asked, specifically, to see Dr. Motta I was given an appointment with the PA instead... Dr. Motta wasn't even around. Lazy. His receptionists take lunch from 1pm-2pm, but don't answer the phone for a LONG while after their lunch break ends.
