I was very impressed with Dr. Milano. I felt at ease right away due to his pleasant and caring manner. He explained everything, so that I fully understood what my treatment plan would be. Many thanks!!

Understanding listener makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Milano treated a laceration of my finger that required stitches and a DTAP immunization booster. The first thing I noticed was that Dr. Milano was helpful and respectful of junior staff. It was apparent that he and his staff worked well together. He was great at putting me at east and explaining what was needed, what was happening and what was next. He took extra care to minimize scarring even though I am a senior citizen extreme gardener and my hands show that. As we talked, I learned that his Mom is also an extreme gardener and that he hopes she will more here one day. He did an ace job with the stitches and he loves his mother. How can you beat that?

Was brought to the ER due to a seizure. I still am not quite clear on the whole day, but I do remember Dr. Milano's ease and bedside manner. He spoke slowly to help me understand that they would set me up with a neurologist and that I should also follow up with my regular doctor as well.
