Dr.Martin was very nice and he answered all my questions. I'm only 6 weeks out and am walking with a cane half the time and on my own the other half.

We discussed the issue I was having with my knee. It was determined that physical therapy would be beneficial.

Dr Martin performed a total knee replacement for me. He was extremely professional, kind, and open to any questions I had. His whole staff could not have been more accommodating. I’m recuperating well and looking forward to getting back to my old self. I highly recommend Dr Martin.

Dr. Martin just did my total knee and will be doing a total hip on the opposite side in 3 weeks so that I can recover sufficiently for my tropical vacation in February! I trust him completely and I am thrilled with my progress so far. After only a week and a half I’m able to walk without any device and doing stairs safely. I’m going to resume my yardwork tomorrow! This would not be possible to have recovered this quickly without his knowledge and experience in performing these orthopedic surgeries.

Dr. Martin replaced my left knee in 2020. I am happy with results, however I am now having problems with my right knee. He was warm and attentive. He reviewed my history, asked questions, did a thorough exam and explained his findings. He made recommendations on when to follow up and treatment options.

This is the best place to go for any orthopedic problems. Everyone is nice, helpful, and listens to you.

Dr. Martin listens patiently and answers all my questions. I've only seen him a few times, but I've never felt he had one foot out the door when we were talking. Dr. Martin is soft-spoken, friendly, and very professional. His staff is also friendly, courteous, and professional.

I visited Dr. Joe Martin for the 1st time in early November 2019. I was undergoing some physical therapy for a very sore hip that has been losing flexibility for 10+ years. This appointment was a rather quick one, but I was assured it was OK to continue PT to try to relieve the pain. I again visited Dr. Martin in mid July 2020 as my pain is increasing in my hip joint. This was a longer and more detailed visit. Dr. Martin explained in more detail the arthritic condition of my hip joint and what a hip replacement will entail. I am an active retiree who continues to be active with cycling, walking, hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Dr. Martin explained how I can continue w/pain meds and/or a shot of cortisone. I know I will probably need a hip replacement before too long and I would feel confident in having Dr. Martin perform it.
