I had not seen him for years. Upon calling to make an appointment his assistant said they were not excepting Anthem patients which it says on his website they are, an specifically my plan. Than I even said well how about self pay. Again she said not accepting self pay. Than said well we’re not excepting new patients. So which is it? Sounds like typical American health care. Who wants to see a doctor that cant just say upon the call not excepting new patients.

After my first appointment he sent in a prescription that was the wrong dose for a medication I take that I only caught because it was a different shape/color than my usual dose. That medication cost me $50 and since it had been mailed to me because my doctor “prescribed” it I had to pay for it. Also the office makes refills practically impossible. You have to go to the office in person to submit a paper with your info on it requesting the medication (inc your name, DOB, etc). They won’t set up auto refills or take refill requests from your pharmacy nor will they take requests over the phone.

He actually LISTENS to your concerns and doesn't have a diagnosis in mind BEFORE he even sees you. He is pleasant. I feel that he is very intelligent. Highly recommend him! I don't have insurance and he personally called to find the cheapest place for a cat scan. Very caring doctor!

Great doctor. Listens but a very busy office. You may have to wait Dont care for most of his staff. They seem undertrained and uncaring They dont like to be bothered.
