I recommend Dr. Ladika
Dr. Ladika is my PCP. He is friendly, attentive, spends time with the patient, explains well, sends referrals to specialists condition pending, calls the patient himself(not his assistant). I don't care whether the office is organized or not. I care about the physician. Ashley, his assistant is terrific. I will continue seeing Dr. Ladika.

Excellent doctor
He is friendly, compassionate, listened and HEARD me. This last is, I think, the most important. This is rare, let me tell you. I have worked in the medical field for decades. I love this doctor. We'll see if I love One Medical, but I really like this doctor. He is funny, and that may not be for everyone, but I will come back, just for him. And the office, while a bit disjointed at times, are caring and helpful. I will keep coming back. For sure. It is very hard to find a doctor you want to deep going with, let me tell you. Him, I do want to stay with.
