If you want to be a revolving door patient, not get healthy, and be gaslit then Joe is your perfect provider. I won’t even call him a doctor. He did not take my concerns seriously . I’m lucky to be alive

Misdiagnosed
Completely misdiagnosed me. Always check your visit notes in MyChart for accuracy after dealing with him.Seems to want to create revolving door patients instead of creating healthy ones.

Worst so-called doctor ever -- total misdiagnosis after months of going to him and being told the same thing over and over only to find out it was something totally different and now it is Stage 4!

Ive been seeing Dr. Joe around 23 years now. There has never been a time that I thought I was rushed. He always takes the time to sit with me, listens to my challenges with different health issues, looks up things he may not be sure of right then during our talks. He returned my calls at all times of the day or night. And he is a dr that really cares that you find the correct answers to what may or may not be going on with you. I have many health issues and I am extremely thankful for his care

Dr. Kowalczyk and his staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. They greet you on a first name basis, always. Being sick is not the best feeling, being comforted in knowing you're well taken care of is priceless. Their hours and location are very convenient and his affiliation with Christ Advocate is a huge plus. I highly recommend this office.
