Called to set up a new patient appointment on 09-20-23 and had the rudest person answer the phone!!! Therefore I'll be finding another doctor. Dr.Kiefer, you need to fire her before she cost you more patients.

I had bunion and needed surgery dr .Kiefer went in and got me out I thank him ??. I’m the little 15 year old girl he helped thanks doc ??.

Dr. Kiefer is a very caring Podiatrist. He takes time with me at my appointments and addresses all my questions and concerns. Dr. Kiefer’s Assistants are very friendly, knowledgeable and relay any medical concerns to Dr. Kiefer. Dr. Kiefer’s office staff are so friendly in scheduling my appointments & greeting me when I arrive for my appointment.They also answer any of my insurance questions and are nice when scheduling future appointments. I’m notified with appointment reminders which is nice.

Didn’t have an appointment. Went to pay a bill and mention to staff my foot was hurting. They wouldn’t let me leave without seeing the doctor. Dr Kieffer found an infection in my foot and started treatment. Thanks to everyone for taking the extra step

I have been seeing Dr. Kiefer for approximately 10 years for multiple problems with my feet. He was very knowledgeable about the hereditary foot condition that my son and I have. Dr. Kiefer and his staff have been professional, kind and friendly, going out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend his office to family and friends.

I've had 3 ingrown toenails removed by 3 different podiatrists. This experience was by far the best. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable of their craft. Dr Kiefer put me at ease, talking about random topics as he worked, and before I knew it, the procedure was complete. Genuinely seems like a guy who cares about the outcome of procedures and health. "He stated he wants to fix the problem and not milk the insurance", something I rarely hear in healthcare. Excellent all around.

Absolutely! He has straightened 4 toes for me over the past 8 years. Professional, skilled and very caring with patients. Had to wait a couple of months to get in as a new patient but once I saw him, we quickly moved forward with surgery. His office is fantastic as a facility but also as the staff that supports him. Staff is skilled and compassionate -- everyone here listens to my needs and is very professional in responding.

Dr.Kiefer was highly recommended for my toe surgery and I was not disappointed. From my initial visit to surgery yesterday, his compassion, caring, and professionalism was top notch. His office personnel exhibit those same qualities.

I had an office visit today with Dr. Kiefer. I was very pleased with staff and doctor. The staff were kind and professional. I found the doctor to be knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I am very relieved that the outcome of my office visit was positive and a new partner to my healthcare team. The office staff went out of their way to expedite my first appointment due to the severity of my situation.

Sadly, a patient in pain would rather continue to be in pain then be treated as I was by a doctor?s office staff. While I can?t say anything about Dr. Kiefer as I never actually saw him as a result of his staff. All the other healthcare professionals that I have seen at multiple locations though this experience have had empathy, compassion and a genuine concern for my wellbeing and actually happy to see & help me. That is completely absent at Dr. Kiefers office!
