Dr. Joseph Grider, DDS

He was rushed, walked out of the room without explaining the procedure or what would be needed, acted like my health was a joke, treats his patients in a manner that does not show that he cares for their concerns. Even though his observation might have been valid, his delivery in the consultation was awful and did not make me feel like it was someone I could trust. He might have years of experience, but still has a lot to learn.

I recently saw this doctor in his Kendall office and it was an absolutely terrible experience. He has no bedside manner, zero empathy, did not make any eye contact with me and he did not even evaluate my mouth, which is the reason why I went to see him. His assistant was kind and attempted to comfort me when she saw how rude he was. He then proceeded to walk out without asking me if I had any questions or concerns and did not even say goodbye. I left his office feeling even more lost and concerned about my issue that was never even addressed. I would also like to add that I waited over an hour to be seen and he probably spent about 4-5 min in the room. Overall, a terrible experience that I do not wish on anyone else.

I have been a patient of Dr Grider for the past two years , and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr Grider performed my teeth implants two years ago and recently completed another procedure with outstanding results. The quality of his work is simply amazing , and I am thrilled with the outcome.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Grider. He has NO bed side manners at all. He didn't introduce himself when he came into the room he washed his hands and went straight to work without a word. After being in a tremendous amount of pain having to go back four days after the surgery (because they have no emergency number) he was VERY rude again didn't say anything upon entering the room, refused to read the document I brought from the ER after having to go their for the pain, and he kept trying to leave the room while I was talking like he was in a rush. Not even to mention he was belittling my concerns and pain level, invalidating everything I was saying. I WOULD NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. I picked one star because there's nothing lower. The only positive thing about my experience was him being able to insert the IV on one take when my veins are normally hard to find. I am very disappointed how my experience went especially since I was so worried in the 1st place.

Great surgeon, fast, precise, friendly. He definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend

The doctor take his time to talk with the patient and us the parents, he did the wisdom tooth for my son very good job and fast. The staff at Miami beach is incredible calling to know how my son is doing and very concern.
