Too quick to want to remove my kidney. Went for a 2nd opinion at Fox Chase. Doctor there took lots of time reviewing my scans. Told me he could save my kidney and explained in depth what the surgery entailed. He removed the cancer and saved 95% of my functioning kidney. When you receive a serious diagnosis always get a 2nd opinion at a cancer center. Their surgeons are well trained and have the experience needed to give a good outcome. Two months after surgery I’m doing great.

Just by reviewing the cat scan of my father’s prostate/bladder, Dr Feliciano claimed my father had stage 4 cancer which metastasized to the lymph. He suggested surgery to remove the tumor but it was risky. So I posed the question to Dr Feliciano if that was his father, what he would do. Talk about no bedside manners! He shut me up saying that is not his father and his father is not in such poor health as mine. You may have a doctor’s degree but you have no class!

We were there to see Dr Feliciano. Wait time was about 10 minutes. He came in and did not spend more than 4 minutes stating that a nurse would be in to address his issue with the catheter. We were there an additional 2 hours with the catheter out-no improvement. They put the catheter back in and sent us home. NO tests were ordered, nor was the doctor concerned as to telling us what was next step. He just said come back in a month. Not satisified with the visit at all!

Dr. Feliciano did exactly like he says in his video. He was honest and forthright with me concerning my advanced prostate cancer. Together we decided on a plan of action. He used the best technology to get my 59 year old body back to my daily life. I was blessed to be under his care. He is a man of action.

While I did not initially select Dr Feliciano I am glad he is my Urologist. He is very compassionate. He takes all the time necessary to explain things thoroughly, options available and to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a Urologist.

Most of the girls in the office are nice and caring.. Nicole is my BCG buddy.. No matter how down I am when I get there she always lifts my spirits. This has been a very trying time and she lets me know it will be ok.

The time I spent with Dr Feliciano was most beneficial. He explains diagnostics, treatment and answers question with patience and understanding. If you can be fortunate enough to get through his appointment setter I think he would be an exceptional choice. Unfortunately I couldn't get past this appointment setter and had to fins another doctor

care philosophy

Urology involves a lot of complex personal issues. I think it's important to carefully listen to patients and their concerns prior to deciding on a treatment plan. I then tailor their care based on the best available evidenced-based medicine.
