This is being written by a former patient (Rita Diane Sullivan) who lived in Little Mountain during the time that Dr Evans started his practice in Chapin. He was then and always has been the very BEST family practitioner (much more like an internist) out of the entire physicians I've had to work for. After I left that area, I started my own business of medical records mgmt & medical transcription which grew from my dining room table all the way to Guam (with Dr Evans being my very first client) Many thanks Dr Evans and Team!
