Dr Ebner and staff is incredible. They take time with you and show genuine care beyond what is expected. I am very impressed with all staff at Plymouth OBGYN.

Dr. Ebner changed my life. Because of my age others told me my pain was normal. Dr. Ebner genuinely listened and offered treatment. I give my highest recommendation! I’m forever thankful.

Dr Ebner is awesome, he listens spends time with you, however the office staff there is horrendous! The receptionist can’t give you any kind of detailed bill and even the office managers can’t assist with that, when you call with issues you are made to feel dumb for calling when the issues I am having are clearly related to what I was seen for! A quick google search is more helpful that his office staff is there, the person calling me back didn’t even introduce herself aside from a first name, super unprofessional. When I gave examples as to what could be going on and asked if none of those things could be true her response was well I don’t even know your symptoms I guess it could be those things, funny because my symptoms were explained 2 minutes prior! I hate to give Dr. Ebner a bad review because he truly is such a good doctor, someone needs to do something about the staff

As the woman above, I also had absolutely no problem with Dr Ebner, however stopped seeing him due to the reception staff. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I went in for an ultrasound to discover I had a missed miscarriage. I decided to let things happen naturally so he asked me to come back in two weeks to ensure everything had passed. My husband set up the appointment before we left. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that (even though no one ever bothered to contact me) the receptionist cancelled the appointment because "I have no reason for an OB visit since I'm not pregnant anymore".

Dr. Ebner is by far my favorite gynecologist I've seen. His bedside manner and compassion is truly one of a kind. He did everything to make sure I was comfortable with any and all procedures performed. The reason I've given 3 stars is because of his office staff. I recently removed myself from his care due to their unprofessional manners when dealing with a potentially dangerous situation. Giggling and laughing while on a patient call from the emergency room is unacceptable.
