Absolutely not!. Very poor communicator. Dismissive of my questions. See any other OB-GYN before you see this guy. No explanation of condition or options. Disinterested in anything but getting papers signed. After the procedure, he never contacted me in the hospital or outside. I had to call his office as an emergency to get him to speak to me. Even then, he said to make an appointment in 2 weeks to discuss my procedure.

Dr. Cuteri is an excellent and outstanding physician in Connecticut. I been his patient for many years. He has excellent manners and I do recommend to everyone. He has delivered my fifth child without complications. Dr. Cuteri is very thorough and discusses what lab tests are necessary. He is a kind soul and always greets everyone with a smile. He has delivered many beautiful babies and has performed many surgeries with success. Also the office staff and nurse are nice.

While giving birth to my first daughter dr cuteri went to give me an episiotomy. I had only been pushing 30 min and my daughters heart rate was fine. When I asked why he needed to do an episiotomy he said “if you ever want to pee normally again you need one”. I now know he was just rushing things. I told him my epidural was not working fully on my right side and asked for local Anesthesia. He insisted i only felt pressure. When he cut I almost blacked out from the pain. So traumatic.

I became disabled under his care--if you are pregnant and want a doctor who listens, look elsewhere or you will regret it--I know I do.

Dr. Cuteri is an excellent doctor whose bedside manner is very low-key but in an emergency situation during my child's birth he became completely serious and professional.
