Greenwich Ophthalmology is the best run medical practice I have ever had the good fortune to visit. From the front desk to the medical techs to each and every doctor I've seen there, it is a seamless experience, utilizing current technology but with high-touch, personalized medical care. When you are there, you are the ONLY patient. Everything from the billing to the testing to the treatment options is clearly explained. Dr. Conway is a smart, well-trained and thoughtful physician who spends time with his patients and works hard to find the right solution to one's problems. It is a pleasure and a privilege to be under his care.

From the receptionist to billing on the way out, everyone is efficient, professional and welcoming. Dr. Conway is always patient as I ask questions, provides thorough responses, and has a calming approach. The eye exam is VERY comprehensive!

A good and relaxing experience

Today was my annual checkup with Dr. Conway . He conducted surgery successfully on me for a basal carcinoma in 2019 ,with excellent results. I cannot say much more other than he is second to none in his field. He is excellent professionally and personally and his work enhances the medical profession. There are few doctors like him. He genuinely loves his job and his patients. I amply recommend him. Also, in the clinic you feel totally welcome from start to finish, they are very friendly!
