Dr. Joseph Cincinnati, DO

During ulnar nerve surgery, he damaged my nerve and he was not concerned at all. He had to do a 2nd surgery to try and repair the nerve, which did not work. He then wanted to do more surgeries, I think just to collect more money. I had a consult with a nerve specialist and he stated that the damage was done, and more surgeries would not fix this problem.. the damage caused me to have a skeleton hand with no muscle at all and loss of use of my hand. He never apologized or offered a refund.

Dr. Cincinnati is the best orthopedic doctor and surgeon in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. My recent visits have been great and he replaced both of my hips in 2009 & 2010 and I have had no issues. He listens to patient, discusses options and is very professional.

Dr. Cincinnati is such a good listener and is responsive to the needs and concerns of his patients. He has helped me tremendously with my issue and he has helped my husband as well. He performed knee replacements on both my husband’s knees and we cannot say enough good things about him and the care we received.

Excellent Doctor

I been with this practice for over 20 years but I have seen Dr. Cincinnati for the last 14 years. He is caring person who always has time and kindness for his patients. He has operated on me multiple times and I always have done well and been completely satisfied. I highly recommend this practice.

I like him a lot. He has done 3 surgical procedures on me going back to 1999. He looks you in the eye and, in my opinion, is a caring, thoughtful, and very competent doctor who you can trust to give you honest answers.

Dr. Cincinnati is wonderful! He has performed surgery on me twice; once for a broken ankle and most recently a badly broken wrist. He is genuinely concerned about his patients and that they recover as fully as possible. He’s honest, caring, and very passionate about his work. I highly recommend Dr. Cincinnati. I would not feel comfortable going to anyone else!

Dr. Cincinnati has done a knee replacement and a rotator cuff repair for me. Excellent in every way - technically, professionally. Also, he has a topnotch bedside manner and a great staff.

Yes! He’s an absolutely amazing provider. We love him and always see him when we need to. I only had an issue with a person in the billing department. She refused to give me her name. She was very rude to me when I was trying to ask questions about the bill and update insurance information. I was told, “I already explained this to you.” I had to request to speak to the manager, Veronica. She was very kind and helped me understand everything.

Timely treatment and friendly staff. I am very pleased with the doctor’s treatment plan.

Dr. Cincinnati saw me two days after initial injury during the peak of Covid. He was very informative and did not push unneeded procedures.

Really personable guy with a stellar reputation for surgical skills. I found him approachable and his head nurse Theresa very responsive.

I am not sure how he is able to keep practicing. Even my GP has heard story after story about how badly knee replacements he has done have turned out. He has a retainer with most attorneys in town. It is my opinion that you find another Orthopedist.

How anyone that would say that Dr Cincinnati will perform an unnecessary surgery is wrong. He fought hard so my husband didn't have to have surgery. He takes time to explain everything & is very caring & compassionate. We couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.

I feel lucky to have him as my surgeon. He is a wonderful and caring man.
