I have been a patient of Dr. Cavallaro’s for a few years now. Let me start by saying his new location and association with Cooper has been amazing. His office staff…..they are absolutely incredible. From the front desk staff who are the absolute sweetest bunch of girls. Actually recently just met with nurse practitioner Michelle and Julianna…could not be happier with them exceptionally professional and caring….and as beautiful as they are professional…Now on to Dr. Cav from his “old school bed side manner to being genuinely a nice guy I can’t say enough nice things about him, well to the point that I will NEVER have another doctor….thank all of you for everything you do…Helen Rotondo.

No one picks up the phone ever and the guy doesn’t show up on time. Also hope that you don’t have anything to do because you’ll wait an hr and then he will miss diagnose you in the 5 minutes he spends with you. Worst doctor/office I ever bon to.

I was attempting to become a new patient. I was taken back right away then continued to sit in a room for 45 minutes before I finally left - never seeing a doctor. I get the impression that this office is extremely overwhelmed with patients and does not care to establish relationships with new patients. In order to avoid my frustrations, i suggest you look to the many other qualified PCPs in the area.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Cavallaro for a little over 3 years since we've moved to the area. Recently, the wait times have become unbearable - 2 hours in the waiting room on a Thursday at 2:00 pm to refill a prescription? I have no problems making time for a visit, but it2 hours for a 10 minute appointment is ridiculous. We've had great interactions with Dr. Cavallaro as well as Maria, but if we're made to wait this long again, we'll be finding a new primary case physician.

I am looking for another doctor. His staff was so rude to my son that they embarrassed him in front of the office which is so upsetting I will never go back there again.
