I'm a part-time care giver for my mom and she is a patient of Dr. Cappell's. She adores him and the staff. I feel the same way and that is alot to be said as a care giver.

I have been seeing Dr Cappel for 16 years, I am now 20. My mom used to be his insurance coder and worked alongside him for 5 years. My whole family goes to him and he has never been anything but caring and respectful. He is older than most doctors and likes to do things his way, he even still carry’s his own stickers for kids and had a goodie box for the kids to pick a prize when they leave. He is very family oriented and I recommend him to everyone who needs a new PCP.

Dr. Cappel is awesome, communicates well with patients. Recently, there has been a change in the clinical office staff and I have experienced problems getting medications refilled.

I have seen him too long. Have always felt the best about him, but in the last few years, he seems to hate to see me, rushes thru my time with him which is less than 15 minutes, and just has a bad attitude about me. A perfect example was I received my physical blood tests in the male and was said I had prediabetes due to a slightly elevated A1C and fasting blood glucose test. The paper said to call for an appointment in 6 months and consider taking Metformin. No follow-up appt to discuss options

Dr. Cappel is by far the best physician I have ever been to. I was seen by several doctors for an issue I was having and the first visit with him he immediately knew the problem. I did have to have surgery and everything went well. I would recommend him to anyone. Best bedside manners. When visiting he listened and answered every question and does not back his way out of room while your talking to him. I love him!

Dr. Cappel listened and answered to all my questions and seem to be up-to -date with the latest researches in medicine. He made me feel that he truly cares about doing his job well. He is also very sympathetic and friendly!
