Extremely rude admin staff.
I actually like this doc a lot but i found the admin staff (secretary and appointment personnel) so rude and dismissive that i decided not to trust ANY doctor who would find this continued behavior acceptable (where ELSE in the practice is unprofessional behavior acceptable, hmmm? Sorry to lose a good doc but NYC has plenty of alternatives than to have to accept such unprofessionalism just trying to book a followup. Too frustrating. I moved on. I recommend you not bother here and find another with more professionalism upfront.
