Dr. Joseph Bobrowski, MD

He's been my PCP for several years now, but I am looking for another. He has been late, and by late I mean an hour or more, for the last several appointments. When he finally pops in the room, he is rushed, distracted, obviously isn't paying attention, and the last visit he took a call on his cell phone. Totally unprofessional and the lack of being focused is concerning. I need my doctor to be focused on my care. That's what I am paying for. Whatever he has going on personally should be done on his time, not mine.

Had 8:45 appointments i left after an hour never saw the doctor

Had first visit 2 years ago took 4 months to go see him. As i got into his office he said (after he was 80 mins late to our appt) let’s make this quick bc I’ve got to pickup my kids. Today i went back to schedule him again for follow up and after 45 mins i just left. What is the purpose of having an appointment if you don’t keep them. Wouldn’t send my worse enemy to this guy

Down to earth, attentive, thorough & kind… I was amazed at his ability to set things up with other doctors specializing in an area he felt necessary to treat my symptoms.

Dr. Bobrowski has been my dads primary doctor for the last few years. My dad came down with Covid and did pretty decent with the virus but I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea if he went to his primary doctor to get a clearance since he was 20 days out from initial symptoms. He was denied being seen in the office and was told that the St. Tammany network physicians cannot see any Covid patients. He was offered a virtual appt and a CXR. Being in the medical field I know this is not an appropriate patient assessment and would have liked for someone to listen to his lungs. This is a very disturbing policy(if it’s true) for our COMMUNITY. We have since switched to a doctor willing to treat sick and well patients!

This is nuts! He is one of the best primary care physician out there! This bad review is crazy I have seen him for years and I do not agree with the negative comments!!! Keith Gex

Dr Bobrowski never hurries through visits. He listens, and takes the time to answer any questions. I totally recommend him!

My wife and I have been with Dr. Bobrowski since meeting him when he was a hospital physician at St. Tammany. All experiences positive. Although he seems a bit pressed for time as of late, he expertly covers all bases during our visits.

Doctor reviewed my record prior to my visit & was very knowledgeable of my medical history. He was very thorough in discussing my health needs.

It was rescheduled by the doctor's office.

Being new to Louisiana and having my first primary care visit, I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I had received from the nurses to Dr Bobrowski. Very happy and impressed.

I had to wait over two hours.

It took months to get an appointment. When I arrived at his practice I waited almost 2 hours and the rude staff told me that he ALWAYS RUNS LATE!! After I pressed the staff they told me I was now 4th in line. For the first time in my life I left the office and recently changed my Doctor. I wrote Bobrowski a personal message and to this day no reply. SAD!! Use another doctor!

Absolute Best Physician hands down! Takes the time to get a full picture of his patients. Extensive medical/ disease knowledge base with many years of practicing medicine. Always willing to go the extra mile and won’t quit on you until you are feeling better and can live life to the fullest. A true shining star out there!

In addition to Dr. Bobrowski's skills as a physician (he was recommended to me by several physicians as their own internist), he is personable and communicates well.

Dr. Bobrowski is one of the finest physicians on the north shore. He truly cares about his patients and their health. He is knowledgeable and progressive in his management and treatment of disease, as well as preventing disease.

Dr. Bobrowski is a straightforward, to the point, easy to understand practitioner. He has strong ideas on treatment regimens, and does not easily give them up. He knows what works. Saved me a bundle of Rx cost by helping me find the right statin therapy. He is a keeper!

Dr. Bobrowski is attentive to his patient, listens and asks questions. He is very complete & thorough with visit. He does a great job of explaining meds & plan of treatment.
