Dr. Beraho is a very good doctor. He listens and does not rush you and explains things well. Just be careful he doesn't order any unnecessary X rays. Awhile back I overheard the x ray tech complain to the pharmacy tech that he had to do a lot of unnecessary x rays to maintain their current budget allocation, giving veterans unnecessary doses of radiation. Also make sure your medications are appropriate. Years ago a different provider gave me a medication that was not his first choice for my condition. He said that the VA has a sweetheart deal with another drug company to prescribe their drug first. Better to go to a sliding scale clinic instead. They don't have immoral policies like these that would endanger your health.
