NON-CARING STAFF
Tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Bear due to a lot of blood in my urine. Scheduler told me Dr Bear had to look at my file before she could give me an appointment. I explained to her that I was having ankle surgery in two weeks and needed to see Dr Bear prior to surgery as I would not be mobile for a long time. She insisted that I would be social in two weeks and wanted to give me an appointment in one month. Evidently she was not aware of the recovery period for ankle surgery. She then told me Dr. Bear was busy treating cancer patients. I saw Dr Bear in 2023 so this would have been a follow up visit. I just don’t believe Dr Bear was aware of this rude treatment.

Excellent doctor
Super excellent! My mom had a great experience with Dr. Bear when she had to have a kidney stone removed, so when I had my first one and had to be rushed to surgery, I asked for Dr. Bear. He was so kind and compassionate. He told me the next time I have a stone (which I hope is NEVER) to just call his office so I won't have to repeat the week-long ordeal of back-and-forth trips to the ER for scans and pain meds and waiting at home for the thing to pass. Yes, please!

The worst experience.
I saw Dr Bear a few years ago. It was one of the most horrible times of my life. He is not very professional, and his staff is even less. They saw something that he wrote in my file and proceeded to laugh at me. I'll never go there again. If I could, I would give him less than 0 stars. He actually didn't do anything for me. He tried to make me feel bad for complaining about it. He's not very good at his job.

Canceled appointment after I arrived
I had an appointment in November of 2023 and I arrived 10 min before appointment time. When I was going to check in at front desk, the clerk told me that Dr. Bear could not see me that day, needs to reschedule to another day. They could call me one hour before the appointment so I don't have to drive 40 min from Warner Robins. Very disappointed!

Dr. Bear removed my kidney stone, and stents that were needed during my ordeal. He gave great care and I appreciate his bedside manner and pleasant disposition. The kidney stone pain was immense but he helped me manage the pain and I am so very thankful for that support and understanding.

This practice did not honor it's agreement with me. I complained several times to the billing department and was ignored. I hate to say it, but I would recommend finding a different doctor.

My doctor sent me to Dr Bear and my on my first visit i learn he had to do surgery and he scheduled the surgery and all that went well he was very professional and kind. So he wanted to see me back in 3 months for a follow up appointment well his office call me a week before my appointment and said he would not be in the office that day and i needed to reschedule which i did but when i got to my appointment and check in and i sat down and waited over 35 minutes then the receptionist ask me again what my name was and i told her again and a little while later she calls me to the window and ask me who i talk to when they reschedule my a appointment, by then I’m really getting irritated then she call me back up to the window and told me i needed to reschedule i said no thank you, i sat there over 40 minutes for them just to say i need to reschedule she didn’t say I’m sorry or anything so i left . They was very unprofessional
