Dr. Joseph Arcidi is my Guardian Angel. God sent him to Poplar Bluff, Mo. To save my life. (At least he was my doctor. I'm very thankful he was here.) I had an ascending aorta aneurysm and he did my open heart surgery. And he fixed my aorta with a graft. 8/3/16. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of open heart surgery.

Dr. Joe Arcidi is a top notch cardiothoracic surgeon who performed a double bypass on me in 2021. He is everything a patient wants and needs in such a surgeon, meticulous, family friendly, and he educated us, and remained in good contact with us before and after surgery, then advocated for me during therapy. I have no reservation in giving him the highest possible recommendation, and my deepest respect.

My husband had a heart attach. We took him to the ER at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. He was admitted on June 8th, had extensive test on the 9th, and had open heart surgery on the 10th. Dr. Arcidi and team spent 14 hours repairing my husband's heart. I believe that without this amazing doctor and the Good Lord above, I would be a widow today!! Dr. Arcidi is wonderful, compassionate, and very personable!! I thank God for bringing him to us. Sincerely, Dean and Tammy Meese

My name is Cpl Steven B Hendriks USMC. Dr. Joseph Arcidi is the perfect Doctor all around perfect mannered and flawless surgeon who saved my life !!! My heart was completely destroyed from the Vietnam Nam war and every surgeon, 6 as a matter of fact, refused to do my surgery until Dr Arcidi came into my life and his dalima was there was no chance of my surviving the operation because all of my organs were shut down for so long that my heart could not support them any longer!Thank You ARCIDI

This surgeon performed an unnecessary quadruple bypass/open heart surgery one me. (I only needed one stent). I am now left with numerous heart-health issues and an atretic (dead) LIMA graft. I've since been to the best dr's in Boston, because of him I now cannot be helped unless I am opened-up again. I am female. He had an attitude towards me and treated me like a sub-human. I was told it was an 'emergency' surgery, so I had no time to go elsewhere! WARNING: GO TO A DIFFERENT SURGEON!
