Don't go to this place!!
In my experience, Dr. Aloise as a physician seems just OK. Seemed a bit cold, but OK. But I made the appointment as my annual wellness exam, and he coded it as a regular office visit, even though the visit and labs were identical to the wellness exam that I get every year. Therefore, I was charged $192. After extensive arguing with the office and billing about this, they refused to fix the coding. I was simply told that 'issues were addressed' during the visit and therefore it should not be billed as preventative. When I asked for details about what issues, I got no response. There were exactly ZERO issues addressed. When he entered the room, I said 'I'm just here for my annual checkup.' He renewed my meds, listened to my breathing, felt my stomach, and ordered labs. I will NEVER go near this place again.

My visit went pretty well. i went for nerve pain months after having shingles. he gave me gabapentin for it which was not helpful but he knew about shingles and examined where i had them. he wished i was given an antiviral for it but the doctor i saw for that thought it was too late. he doesnt agree with that view. it was a short visit but i think i knew what i was going for.

Disappointed.
Our family were patients of Dr. Aloise. Since 2019. In 2020 we received notice that his office was no longer accepting young children despite him seeing our children on a normal basis. They cited that the children would not be covered under their new name wellness medical. A few months later we received another notice stating that beginning of the new year, they were not accepting our insurance. We were left scrambling to find a new provider for both our children and now us! Our insurance company still lists Dr Aloise as a provider, so we called his office to get a copy of the letter dropping us as patients. According to the secretary they did not send out those letters, Wellness did. I called Wellness corporate and apparently they have no knowledge of this letter or the situation. What a cluster, and the patients here are the victims.

Dr Aloise is quick to give you an appointment and is professional. I appreciate his no nonsense approach of getting the facts and determining a course of action. As someone with end stage cancer, I'd rather risk waiting to be taken back to end up talking to a caring and down to earth doctor. He's always exceeded my expectations. I've referred other Metastatic patients to him.

In the four times I’ve seen Dr Aloise, the average wait time between my actual appointment time and time “seen” was two hours. Just to be clear, my last two appointments were scheduled for 9am and I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 11am. No apologies offered. Just business as usual, I suppose. After having my four appointments with Dr Aloise, I would bet my house he couldn’t pick me out in a line up since he has yet to look me in the eyes. Spends less than 5 minutes with me.

Waited 2 hours after taking off work early. By the time I was called back, all front office had left for day. Nurse Snotty, was rude & Doc Grumpy couldn't have been more disinterested.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Aloise, and he was my father's dr. He is soft-spoken and kind. He doesn't get excited and overreact to minor issues, and he doesn't order unnecessary tests and procedures. He takes time to listen. He's not jovial, but I have seen him smile many times. The wait time is a bit much, but we've learned when to schedule for the least wait time. They have walk-in times, and some Saturday hours. Very happy with this practice.

I've been going to Dr Aloise's office for 7 years. I've always received good care. Yes, he may not smile much but that does not disqualify him for his skills.

This is not a doctor's office in any traditional sense. This is merely a referral service. Nothing but weight, height, and blood pressure are taken. Expect to wait for a minimum of two hours after your scheduled appointment to see anyone. The office is dysfunctional and the doctor is aloof. I wish that I had something good to say about my experience, but sadly I cannot.
