Dr Aiello was extremely rude! He doesn’t feel he needs to abide by the CDC safety protocols. I saw him walking in & out of exam rooms with his mask only covering his lower lip and this is during a pandemic! When he stepped into my room I asked him to please cover his mouth and nose. Apparently that set him off! The mask never stayed firmly on his face. In fact it slipped off his face numerous times during my visit. First, after looking at my DOB listed he asked me my age. When I told him I was 58 he rudely said “you mean 68!” He continued to be rude and suggested I go to another Dr. When I told him I was shocked by how rude he was being he told me he was just giving me my options. It’s difficult for me to conceive that a physician would treat his patients this way.

AZ Eye Specialist. i have had surgery by a qualified surgeon and not a yeller, I can tell you what happened at your office, which i know you already know. Dr. Aeillo is a yeller. It is scary.  I asked one little question and he went off. He got up and went towards another part of the room while yelling at me. I didn't know if he was going to leave the room or what. I looked at online reviews and saw that he had yelled at another woman. My surgeon said he had heard that Dr. Aeillo is a yeller. Not to mention the girl who is his assistant was a real witch. I have a disability which requires me not to wear  a mask even though i was wearing one. I asked her if i could take it off and she was real rude and went out and told the yeller even though i was wearing a mask.  The ADA says i don't have to wear one since i can't breathe with one on. I told her i might pass out if i continued to have it on in the room with us two people. She said well if you pass out we will help you. Too late,

I have seen Dr. Aiello for the last several years at the Osborn office. The staff are helpful and technicians too. I Had 4 surgeries, eyelid correction. 2 cornea transplants left eye, and cataract surgery. The wait time was always long (up to an hour), Dr. Aiello was always in a hurry. I did not feel I got thorough explanations or my questions fully answered. Instead, he got irate with me. I fired him.

We have been patients of Dr Aiello, for over 20 years. He is very detailed always makes you feel comfortable. He takes time to explain what ever it is he is doing. His office staff are very friendly and helpful.. Waiting time is short. Never have a problem getting in to see Dr Aiello. The office is very clean. Even when he has a lot of patients he makes sure he listens and answers any questions you have. Making sure your at ease.We trust his decisions. If he's in doubt he gets another opinion.

MY WIFE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT SPECIFICALLY WITH DR. AIELLO. MY WIFE HAS EYE PROBLEMS THAT VARY BECAUSE OF HER MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. EVEN THOUGH DR. AIELLO WAS RUNNING BEHIND THIS PAST FRIDAY IN VISITING PATIENTS AND APOLOGIZED ACCORDINGLY FOR THAT, HE SPENT THE APPROPRIATE TIME TO REVIEW THE TEST RESULTS WITH MY WIFE AND PRESENT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR HER. DR. AIELLO ANSWERED ALL PERTINENT QUESTIONS FROM MY WIFE AND MYSELF. WE PLAN ON CONTINUING WITH DR. AIELLO AND HIS RECOMMMENDATIONS.
