Amazing Doctor who actually cares!
Not only Dr Ochoa listened and addressed issues my daughter has due to Ehlers Danlos syndrom, but he called back the same week to follow up personally, and was opened to future communications. We spoke 3 times since, he is such a good human being!

I visited emergency room. I have never had a doctor show care and concern to even give his cell number to reach him after being discharged. He was very thorough and made me feel at ease. I would make him my primary if able.

I feel very fortunate that Dr Ochoa was on staff the night I was in the ER. He was kind, thorough, and professional. I couldn’t have asked for more better care.

Dr. Ochoa responded quickly with great care and professionalism to an urgent health issue I was having; directing me immediately to the proper resources at a specialized treatment facility. I was extremely fortunate to have had him as my doctor in the ER; he had prior experience with a rare & unusual disease and knew what to do & where to send me. Up until then, I hadn't known what steps to take. I only wish I'd made his acquaintance earlier so I could've received specialized care sooner.

Dr. Ochoa is one of the most dismissive doctors I have ever encountered. I understand he is in the ER department, but his inattentiveness to some of my basic health issues was shocking. He may just have been having a bad day, but his rudeness and and seeming lack of concern for my health problems I thought was inexcusable. This man does not deserve to work at a hospital like Carle, let alone in the ER department.
