always in a good mood whenever I was in, very helpful with all of my issues and concerns. works very hard to get the appropriate testing needed also.

I called to make a new-patient appointment and was told that no one could help me, my call would be returned the following day. Here it is 2 months later and I've still not received a return phone call. Good thing I found a different doctor who got me in the same day I called.

I don't know if I just caught him on a bad day or what but I hated his care. I got in the office fairly quickly (this was my first time seeing him). They weighed me and took my height then once we got in the room he handed me an obesity pamphlet.... I had a baby a year ago & know I have some weight to loose but there could of been a better way to tell me that. My Husband and I decided to switch to Dr. Lopez based on a recommendations. We have had him as our primary for over 6 months and I have not been able to get a returned call, let alone acutally see the Doctor. I would not reccommend this office to anyone. The office staff was not helpful in explaining their process, and they were all very rude. I've never had such a poor experience with a Doctors office in my life!
