This place deserves ZERO stars! Throughout the years my mother has ALWAYS had issues with this practice and their main doctor Dr. Goris. It's impossible to get through to them on the phone, its always leave a voicemail no matter what! When by chance you do get someone on the phone they sound so miserable, low energy and unprofessional. Staff is such a disgrace! My mother has major back pain and this doctor has just given her medication after medication, no referral to a more comprehensive examination, no referral to another specialist, no referral to physical therapy. Every month she gets huge amounts of unnecessary refills for medication she doesn't even take anymore or need! He's also prescribed her diabetes medication and my mother is not pre-diabetic nor does she suffer with anything related to diabetes. I'll be reporting this practice! This doctor should not be practicing medicine, he's taking advantage of his own community.

Dr. Jose Goris is an exceptional doctor! He is brilliant and caring. He is the top doctor in Upper Manhattan (Washington Heights) and the Bronx. If you want a cursory visit with a doctor who will spend 30 seconds with you and then rush you out the door, go somewhere else because doctor Goris takes his time getting to know you as a person and learning your entire medical history so that he can best help you. He actually loves his job and is in it to save lives. Doctor Goris makes you feel like you are part of the family, which is a long-lost trait and very hard to find nowadays.

Couldn't even get to the point I would visit. I called and scheduled my appointment and was told I'd get a phone call soon with the time. That never happened. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I have to call them to find out the time and all they say is "sometime after noon you'll be getting a phone call for the appointment." Ridiculous.

These people are incredible you call them and they never answer the phone , even way before the pandemic front desk never answers the phone , what type of primary care is this the first impression starts with the front desk staff very disappointed , beside me that doctor is amazing

I LOVE HIM A LOT BECAUSE HE IS AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO, HE IS A GREAT HUMAN BEING, WHICH GOD PLACED HIM IN THIS WORLD TO HELP PEOPLE WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HIS WONDERFUL HEART.
