I went in after trying to get pregnant for a year. He told me that maybe I had a growth on my brain, and we should get a CT scan. But first he said he’d do blood work and examine me. Mid-exam, with no warning, he said “let’s make sure you have an opening.” And jammed a dilation rod up my cervix. No numbing, no explanation. I was in shock, as was my partner who was in the room. As he left, a nurse handed me a menstrual pad and said “you may have bleeding.” As if this wasn’t enough, a few days later this man called me and when I answered the phone said “guess what?” I was so against, I said nothing. He repeated himself, “guess what? You’re pregnant!” I sat in stunned silence for a moment and then said, “but you dilated me in your office… won’t that cause issues?” His reply was that “Oh, that will take care of itself! But that’s good news, it means you can get pregnant.”

My visit was during the Covid-19 pandemic on 6.25.2020. During my visit, Dr. Aranez sat extremely close to mine and my husband's faces. It was strange. Dr. Aranez informed us that he had sprained his back as he used our legs to push himself up. Each time he stood, he held his lower back and said "sh*t." Zero boundaries or professionalism. As I explained why I was there, the Dr. told me he didn't believe what I was telling him and proceeded to call me a liar. He told me to "get naked" from the waist down and unfasten my bra. I told him I didn't need a breast exam. He didn't like that. After the horrible exam was over, I dressed, and he came back in. He had us sit down again and proceeded to show my husband and I graphic photos of other women's fibroids in their uterus's & we could clearly see his patient's names on the color prints of their most private photos. HIPPA violation? This doctor was highly unprofessional & condescending. There is so much more to tell. I won't ever go back.

Dr. Aranez was hard to understand. He prescribed me something that I wasn't sure why and didn't tell me I should only take it for a certain amount of days. His staff seems very unhappy to be there and when I asked if they could help me with what he was saying they didn't understand either. The room I was in was not clean enough for a pap smear. It was surface clean but lots of build up on the stir-ups and hair, dust mites and dirt on the floor. It was a very uneasy appointment. I actually started crying from frustration during the visit which wasn't a concern for anyone. I'm glad others have had a different experience.

Dr. Aranez saved my daughters life. My baby heartbeat was tachycardic and I had been on observation over night. I was going to be sent home but Dr Aranez came in to reassess my babies heartbeat and ordered an emergency CSection as my baby was in some sort of distress. If he wouldn’t have made that call my child would have died. My baby was born with Atrial ventricular tachycardia. She has overcome this condition and is a happy 10 yr old now. I never got the chance to thank Dr Aranez for his professionalism and judgement call that saved my child's life. Thank you Dr Aranez.

Dr. Aranez was my doctor for my high risk pregnancy and delivered my baby via c-section, as well as being my gynecologist. All of my care was excellent and the whole practice was super easy to work with throughout my pregnancy and for all of my general gynecological needs. I highly recommend him!

I’m so happy with Dr. Aranez. He is experienced, very smart and professional. I’ve been looking for a doctor like him with these qualities for several months into my pregnancy. He answers my questions promptly when I call the office about some concerns. I’ve read these previous reviews, and they’re excellent. I do not have to wait long in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment, which matters a lot! I’m having a wonderful 2nd pregnancy and I’ll use Dr. Aranez’s services in the future.

I've been twice in the last two weeks. I never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room and their office staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Aranez answered all of my questions, took a lot of time explaining things to me, made me feel comfortable during my papsmear and seemed to be interested in getting to know me. I usually prefer to have a woman OBGYN but Dr. Aranez is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, compassionate and has a great personality. Would recommend him highly! -Carli Baden
