Dr. Jorge Villarreal, MD

I used to be a patient of Dr. Villarreal and the last time I saw him he plain and told me that I needed to find another gynecologist because he only treats younger women. What??? I thought the Gynecologist should treat ALL women, regardless of their age. Weird!!

He took over when my Dr retired. Really like his down to earth explanations. No BS. Very friendly. Highly Rex recommend

I first met Dr. Villareal when he became my sister's OBGYN. Through her risky pregnancy he was incredible. Very knowledgeable & caring. I began to go to him myself & it's been nothing but great. I've had traumatic experiences with gynecologists in the past, so to find him was a blessing. He always listens, is very informative, kind, and most of all he's got so much experience. I got my second IUD with him & although painful, the experience was 100 times better than with my first IUD. He actually used something to reduce the pain and was very patient & talked me through the procedure. He's wonderful for all women's care, pregnant or not!

Dr. Villarreal is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He takes patient care to another level. He is very detailed when explaining procedures and answers any questions or concerns you may have. On top of that his staff is awesome and they work with you with scheduling/ payment needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Villarreal!

He was always caring. He always explained the precautions and the steps we needed to take while i was pregnant. I never had a problem with the staff, i always treated them kindly and they responded with the same kindness. When it came to the billing the staff was very understanding as long as you spoke to them and explained the situation.

Went for annual check-up and declined to have a pap smear because it is medically accepted to only receive them every 3 years at my age. He ended up charging my insurance for a contraceptive consultation instead of the preventive care annual checkup which would have been covered 100% by my insurance. Instead I was charged $40 for the visit. Technically this is insurance fraud. On top of that it took 2 hours in the waiting room, during my lunch break. Horrible.
