I received services in Sept & Dec, no bill, no email, it’s mid-January and they call to tell me they’re sending me to collections ??

I love going to the facility everyone is always very curious & helpful. I meet the Director & was most impressed when he rushed outside to bring a patient back left because she did not want to wait. We all hate to hate but should appreciate the fact that we are able to get an appointment considering we’re dealing with a pandemic. The staff too is risking their health so we need to be patient. My respect to all for trying & having to bite their tongue for us patients who can be very rude at times. Personally I have nothing but great things to say from the I walk in to the time I exit the facility. Great job everyone
