Dr. Ortiz is ok..but staff is horrible especially the skinny girl that is in front desk she's rude and rolls her eyes when you ask her a question or you cant hear her because she speaks very slow and doesn't speak loud??

I like dr Ortiz but the staff is horrible and rude and act like they don't care. The girl that sits in front is the worst. First of all she needs to learn how to pronounce names. She calls names from behind her window because she is too lazy to stand up, then pronounces them wrong and expects people to hear her.
