I have had a family member use this provider for 30 years almost. The three times over that long time period we have needed real follow up, support and timeliness it never happened. The patient now has Stage 4 terminal cancer that is a type that normally could easily be caught early and treated. Now that it was found just in mid July by a specialist and the patient had to be in the hospital 17 days of August, we have been writing and calling this doctors office and sent all the information on his condition asking for a call back and refills on the critical medication he takes and over a week later, 3 emails and multiple phone calls we cannot get the doctor to return the call or even reply to the email to say “received” which it has been, the front desk confirmed. The desk also says that the doctor is going to want to see him in person but travel is not an option right now with the cancer. Bloodwork was done remotely and sent. It is really unacceptable the lack of service provided.

It used to be a very good practice but the customer service side of his business has plummeted. You are stuck on hold for long periods of time, or people do not call you back. I have been trying for two months to get my husband a c pop machine. The saga continues today as apria needs the office notes from them. Of course I just called and that person is out to lunch. It took me weeks to get the prescription and sleep study to send to apria. Let's see if he gets this before Christmas
