Dr Fleites is very personable and listens to his patients, didn’t feel he was rushing with us. The staff is also very nice.

A highly qualified and well rounded Dr. handles his patience with care and understanding and is open to dialogue concerns.

My wife a patient of Doctor Fleites was admitted to hospital for various issues , after a few days of observation and care. The learned doctor ran out of medical wisdom and without any conversation with patient or family found herself discharged from hospital to her luck. Days later she was admitted to the same hospital thru emergency and taken care by a hospitalist at said hospital. Beware when the mention doctor is out of wisdom and you are forced out of hospital, Your life is on the line when care is needed the most

I would pay out of pocket if Doctor Fleites was not in my insurance. He is that good!

I have been going to Dr. Fleites for over 15 years and can’t say enough about him as a doctor and his staff. Dr. Fleites is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very caring. He listens and never rushes you with your appointment. When you call his office due to symptoms you may be experiencing; his assistant, Ana, calls you back within a few hours on the same day, discusses it with Dr. Fleites and calls you back with a treatment. He is one of the few doctors that has an after hours and weekend answering service with a doctor on call. He truly is an exceptional doctor.

My family (and in-laws) and I have been patients of Dr. Fleites for over 20 years. They have one of the most stable office staff I've seen. The ladies are a true team and most referrals are done within 24 hours. They've all worked there for over 15 years and act like a family helping each other to help patients with their needs. I'm a health insurance broker and deal with many doctor's offices when helping my clients with issues, and I can tell you that many offices are pure chaos. The clients I have referred to Dr. Fleites's office have been thankful to have found him and they love the staff; from the front desk ladies, to the phlebotomist, to the referral and RX ladies, and the Office Manager who has the place running smoothly. Dr. Fleites saved my father-in-law from a possible heart attack when the cardiologist had said he was perfectly fine. If it wasn't for him, my father-in-law would have died not to long after. I highly recommend Dr. Fleites and his staff.

Horrible office staff. Doctor will require unending expensive tests not covered. Unprofessional staff.

Dr Fleites is a very personnal doctor. Great manners. He is very patient with you and when it comes to your health, he Listens carefully to all your pains and offers always good advice and excellent service. I would recommend Dr Fleites to anybody who needs a GP that is caring.

HORIFIED AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS DOCTORS OFFICE. THEY HAD TO SEND A REFERRAL - REQUESTED FROM 9 AM BY PHONE(related to elderly person (90) years old - who had a broken arm) and they took their time ....the patient waited over 3 hours with broken arm at the specialist (waiting room) for Dr Fleites staff to send the correct referral. NO CONSIDERATION OF EDERLY PATIENTS. TELEPHONE ASSSITANCE AND CUSTOMRE SERVICE AT ITS WORST!!!!

Not good dealing with patients with emergencies. I did not feel confident with his diagnostic.

Dr. Fleites is wonderful, I have been seeing him for many years. He is kind and takes his time with you and goes over your entire health history. You never feel rushed and he answers all your questions. I highly recommend him. His staff is also wonderful.

He has been my Dr. since I joined Medica 2 years ago. I think he is a rare breed. He actually takes his time and answers all your questions and gives very good advise.

He was the doctor on call on a weekend when I was feeling very sick. He returned my call, his responses were fine but to no avail to my urgent needs. I had to wait until Monday to talk to my doctor who saw me immediately in the office. Needless to say that I believe Dr. Fleites is a very good doctor in all fairness. However, I was not lucky that Friday night when needing help from a Dr. Maybe the Friday Night Happy Hour/Weekend spirits took over in my case. Still he is a good Dr. Blessings!
