Good doctor, like the old days
I found Dr Diaz to be thorough, considerate, knowledgeable and reliable. He is well liked by all his patients as far as I can see from the waiting room. My last appointment did take about an hour between when I arrived and when I saw the doctor, but that's because he does an extremely thorough job during your visit. He never rushes and he answers questions thoroughly. He updates your file while you're there and checks your medicines. I recommend him.

From "DR Jorge B. Diaz of Family Medical Group of Tampa, Inc." Part of 14 page 1st time visit for new patients. (NOT 1 QUESTION about medical history or medical concerns.) "The patients that use any controlled medication, for insomnia, anxiety, pain, or weight control that has not been prescribed by our doctor MUST sign a contract for the use of controlled substances demanded by the State of Florida, as well as patient must agree to frequent urine or blood tests as well as tablet count during the month." I find this not legal, unconstitutional as well as completely wrong. This Doctor also demands patients sign blank forms that can be filled out at later date. Also not legal. NEEDLESS TO SAY----I will choose a REAL doctor----ELSEWHERE!
