Great Doctor. Horrible Office
Dr. Cortes was great during my visit. However, when my insurance needed prior authorization for my medication, I couldn’t get him to respond. His staff hung up on the pharmacy and me or just didn’t answer when we called. We sent a fax that was either not received or was ignored. Once a receptionist told me that this wasn’t part of the job of a doctor’s office, which is insane.
