First of all if you need to contact him you need to go through phone calls and lines and then set up a meeting which will be several days later from your time of need. Then during the call his reception is so poor every time his voice chops in and out. I need monthly insulin from the pharmacy and every time there is always some problem to pick it up whether he refills the wrong thing or doesn’t know how to refill it. I have needed pump supplies for MONTHS and he doesn’t know how to sign the authorization form even though the supply company faxes him every day resulting me having to do hours of phone calls with robots and queues and getting no results. I didn’t know how bad a health insurance experience could be until I got assigned this guy. I have had to spend hours of my time trying to get my diabetic supplies from him and my inventory is still critically low which creates this uncomfortable worry and stress in my life.

Dr Carrera takes time to talk to his patients and explain the diagnosis. A wonderful doctor!!
