Dr. Lubahn surgically removed cataracts in both my eyes and is still following up in his office. Highly recommended for Portland, Oregon at EyeHealth NW!

He listened to me and answered my questions. Explained the treatment plan and was very congenial. I have recommended him to several people. My husband and I have been his patients for more than ten years and will continue to do so.

Didn't listen to me and barely talked to me. He then gave me an eye drop prescription and said I was done. No explanation of what was wrong at all. Would not recommend.

Completely off topic, for some reason he recommended fruits and vegetables to cure a deadly disease that I very nearly died of.. very inappropriate.

Dr. Lubahn is just genuinely nice, calm, pleasant. He answered all my questions in a caring manner. I highly recommend Dr Lubahn.

The only recommendation I would give others regarding this eye Dr would be to stay clear of him. Trust me you do not want to go to this Dr. I had a really bad, extremely painful eye infection, and he was so rough with me and caused me so much pain, I had tears pouring out of my eyes. He was extremely uncaring and sent me on my way with tears pouring down my face, in unbelievable pain, without anything at all for the pain. He is awful, I really hope the next person considering going to him reads this review first. I would never want anyone to go thru what I did.

Dr. Lubahn did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. He was very professional, explained all of the process to me, and called the night of each surgery to check on how I was doing.

I'm very very pleased with Dr. Lubahn's medical care, competence and 'bedside manner'. He's a good listener, provides clear answers and explanations. Importantly- beyond the standard medical examination, he also performed my eye surgery, and I am exceedingly pleased with the outcome. Both he and the surgical site he partnered with--Plaza Ambulatory Surgical Center--were outstanding!

Dr Lubahn, I found him very conscientious. He called evening of surgical day, to see how I was doing and if questions. The post-op instructions were clear . He has made huge difference in my sight.

Dr. Lubahn is very professional and sharp..... the kind of thing you want in an eye surgeon! On top of that he is very kind and personable. He works in a variety of locations in Portland area, but the surgery center he uses in Clackamas is top notch as well.

Dr. Jordon. Lubahn,MD has been very helpful in answering the questions I have had. The enviroment was welcoming and clean. The nurses were very detailed in checking my two additional Meds I received after my last surgery here for my right eye. They made sure the added meds would not interfere with the left eye surgery. It was sweet of the nurse taking me to left eye surgery to ask if I needed to go to the restroom before entering the surgery room. It made me feel more comfortable.

Dr. Lubahn himself is very good but the actual scheduling of the appointment was difficult as no one called me back. I finally went online to schedule but even then, it took a few days to hear from them. The kicker is in my review of Dr. PV...

I've already referred 3 friends to Dr. Lubahn, all of which agree, he is the best. Dr. Lubahn is very professional, AND kind and compassionate. He takes the time to listen and to make sure you understand exactly what he is saying. I have had cataracts on both eyes removed from Dr. Lubahn and everything went excellent. I felt very reassured by Dr. Lubahn during the two procedures. He made sure I knew what to expect. He always listened to my concerns. The nurses at the hospital were very pleasant and comforting. I felt very comfortable with every one associated with Dr. Lubahn and Eye Health Northwest. It was truly a positive experience with better eye sight as the outcome.

Dr. Lubahn diagnosed "well-developed" cataracts and glaucoma in our 94-year-old mother. It was with some trepidation that Mother agreed to cataract surgery, but the outcome has been spectacular. She is once again able to read & to do needlework -- 2 of her lifelong passions. Dr. Lubahn is obviously a skilled surgeon, but he is also a very kind person. His care of our mother has been exemplary.

We are so pleased with Dr. Lubahn and staff. My cataract surgery was an amazing experience! Everyone was kind and helpful and Dr. Lubahn restored my right eye vision to 20/20!
