Referrals for stage 4 cancer treatment
Melissa Doctor Williams nurse spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner. Then when I ask to speak with a doctor she stated oh Jesus. Put me on hold then returned and said they were unable to send anymore referrals because of insurance. I told her I needed a doctor to doctor referral. She stated it couldn’t be done. My son went to the office and received everything we needed from Angel. She was very helpful. Melissa needs to find a profession that doesn’t deal with people. As a nurse she is cold hearted. My son has stage 4 Cancer and we have been left with doing all of this on our own. We don’t need people who are hurtful to us when all we are trying to do is get care for our so

I called his office the day after a positive COVID (Omicron) test. I was able to schedule an online appt. that morning. He ordered prescriptions for me and seemed generally concerned.

I've met with him x2. Worst doctor I have ever met, didn't care, not even basic care or checkup as I transitioned care to him as my PCP. Was late for an appointment, then rushed me. By far the worst doctor I have ever seen - did not listen, just wanted to move on with his day.

No compassion for all I've been through; including beast cancer. I have children his age...and they would NEVER spoke down to me as if I was 2 yrs old.

I had an infection that came up suddenly, and I needed to see someone as soon as possible. Dr. Williams saw me that day as a walk-in, and treated me professionally and courteously. Thanks to his accurate treatment, I was able to counter my infection early.
