Dr. Jordan Pastorek, MD

I've been a patient of Dr. Pastorek's for several years now. I enjoy going to my appointments. Jennie is so helpful, and Dr. Pastorek is always thorough and takes time to answer all of my questions. I'm also down over 30 pounds since last year!

Appointment was made for 8:00 AM. Office hours on web site show appointments start at 8:00 AM. Arrived and was told by staff that appointment was for 8.30 AM. Another person arrived and had to wait also. Staff was VERY RUDE. I waited and had the exam. I called later to confirm and the staff was MORE RUDE than before. Test results for labs had to be done three times before all tests were done. Good doctor but we will not be going back to this doctor.

Dr. Pastorek has over the last year and a half taken me from an over weight hypertensive person to a much healthier. He has helped me tremendously with changing my eating habits both as to the amount of food intake as well as the choices I make of what I eat. Improvements have been in weight loss (-40+ lbs) to a significant decrease in my blood pressure. I feel much better and I am much more active than i was before the improvements. He is an encourager that helped me through some pretty challenging times.

Dr Pastorek is great at diagnostics and pharmacy. We appreciate his knowledge and compassion, and one never feels rushed as he listens. I am a fan.

Dr. Pastorek took the time to listen to me and I felt heard. He walked me through a couple of treatment options and chose the one that made the most sense for me. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr Pastorek really care about his patients. Would definitely recommend him

Dr. Pastorek is a great doctor. He's compassionate, understanding and easy to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable about the latest treatments.

I'm a 37 year old who needed to get established with a doctor. I didnt have to wait to get into see him and wasnt left in waiting room forever. Dr. Pastorek took his time and was thorough. I recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Pastorek is a good man, he's a Christian and he performed as an excellent doctor when he attended to me.

I’ve known Dr. Pastorek for years and he is an excellent doctor.  He’s easy to talk to and really listens to my concerns.  His office staff is very helpful with scheduling appointments and keeping me in the loop.  I definitely recommend Dr. Pastorek if you are looking for a primary care doctor.

He's not helpful, doesn't listen and is super rude.

Dr. Pastorek took his time explaining all the questions I had in great detail. His new office location in Frisco is perfect for me.

He didn't listen to my health issues and the office never returned calls or followed-up with any of my test results, even after I called them to find out.

Terrible. That about sums it up. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Pastorek to anyone. In fact, I would recommend everyone stay away from him. If I could give negative stars I would. He's rude and doesn't seem to know what he's doing. His office staff is unorganized and not helpful either. Very incompetent all around.

Dr Pastorek isn't a bad physician he just isn't particularly good either. He reacts in a short, curt manner. Not rude just not very polite. He's great at diagnosis. He has too many patients for the amount of staff. He runs his practice like an assembly line. He makes snap judgements as one would in an ER. If you like someone who is short on words this is your man. If you need great communication and compassion - not his gig.
