I have suffered with sinus issues for many years. I visited many doctors,, all rushing me in and out of their clinical offices. I was seeking a better understanding of this ailment and hoping to find a comfortable solution. Finally, a true blessing, a friend recommended Dr Jordan Josephson. He provided a calm luxurious setting and a welcoming staff. He approaches his patients with a warm and caring bed-side manner rarely seen today. He is thorough, kind, and supportive. He offers knowledge understanding and options. He has truly changed my life and how I deal with this annoying condition.

Same as this poster I have had intermittent sinus headaches and pain since having surgery by this doctor. Trust your instincts. I can count the days I've been comfortable on, well, say that they are very, very infrequent. The problem was always allergies and, yes, my cilia are severely compromised (they're needed for normal sinus functioning.) Something tells me that his surgery-heavy approach is about his ego, and not about the health and comfort of his surgical patients. Be careful with any elective surgery, but especially as performed by him.

Dr. Josephson and his team the minute I walked into his office made me feel like I was at home. I am currently a healthcare provider myself and often see smaller acts of kindness do not exist anymore. Dr Josephson and his staff couldn’t be nicer. Scheduling is made easy. The staff is wonderful and helped me schedule tests to make sure I was able to get in when it was convenient for my schedule. I was given concierge treatment. I saw multiple Doctors for a mass behind my ear and was told I would need surgery. Dr.Josephson took the time to treat me and explained that with a longer course of antibiotics I might be able to avoid surgery. He was right. He was very thorough and although I didn’t go to see him about my breathing he found issues and provided me with sprays for my sinuses and my nose. I am truly greatful for Dr Josephson’s expertise and highly recommend him for any of your ENT needs.

I am not the type of person who often writes reviews, but when a physician is so outstanding, I feel that other people could benefit by sharing my experience with Dr. Josephson. My son was very sick, and we took him to see many specialists in NYC. These were "top doctors" in their field, affiliated to "top hospitals". Each specialist put him through numerous tests, and made recommendations. Nothing was working. One doctor even said that the problem was not physical, and recommended anti-d

Seemed like nice fellow, but even though I was having my first ever sinus infection, said I was clearly a "mouth breather" and needed sinus surgery. I stupidly went ahead with it. Years later, I suffer from an extremely sensitive nose, the cilia in my nose was destroyed by the many scrapings I had from Dr. Josephson, and I absolutely regret ever doing the surgery. The disgruntled receptionist at that time said, "Nobody ever leaves here without surgery." Be careful. Get second opinion.

I was debilitated with sinus infections and went from doctor to doctor without resolution. I had terrible debilitating headaches, I couldn’t breathe and I couldn’t stop coughing. So I decided to go out of network to Dr Jordan Josephson and I'm so glad I did. I couldn’t be happier with the care, treatment and surgery that I have received. He is extremely thorough and it is obvious how much he cares about his patients. He spends the time that they need. Thank you Dr Josephson.

Dr Josephson is truly an amazing doctor. I went to see him because I had a lump in my neck. I knew I was going to need surgery but was very nervous. He was perfect. He alleviated all of my fears. He was very caring. Dr Josephson recommended surgery. But what was really amazing about him is that he went over the research in the field with me and offered to send me to another doctor who was doing a protocol of observation instead of surgery for thyroid cancer.

Similar to other reviewer experience. I was sent to him for a mild sinus problem. He told me I needed his $40,000 sinus surgery, and marketed it to me like a used car salesman. I was a bit taken aback. I got a second opinion from a well respected ENT who told me that the surgery was completely unnecessary and the only reason anyone would do it on me is for the money.

I Have been under Dr. Josephson's care for over 20 years. Two years ago he diagnosed a rare sinus cancer. I did have sinus surgery for inverted papilloma back in the 90's' which he took care of after numerous ENT would not. Since his early diagnosis and care of my sinus cancer it has been stable for the last two years. He is caring, very knowledgeable, and I was lucky to have him as my doctor.

WARNING!!!!!! Dr. Josephson lied to me about having a deviated septum so he could perform surgery. When I showed my x-rays to 2 other doctors they were in shock. They could not believe the lack of ethics and said not only is my septum not deviated, it is perfectly normal. PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION IF DR. JOSEPHSON TELLS YOU YOU NEED SURGERY.
