Dr. Jonathan Scher, MD

I don’t even know where to begin… but I will condense my story into a couple of sentences. I finally went to Dr, Scher when I was having my 13th invitro and yes that invitro finally worked. I had a frozen embryo in Pennsylvania which I didn’t tell the doctors I was going to New York for treatment during my pregnancy. This invitro worked and the one I did soon after that as well. It took many doctors and treatments to have my first son and the second son ( invitro #14) worked immediately without miscarriage. Prior to all of this I had 8 pregnancies and all miscarriages….. Dr. Scher was the only bright light in all of this. Today my first son is going to be 19 in March and attending college. My second son is 16 and remains in high school. It took 15 years for us to have our first child. If I were any one of you I’d stop what you are doing and go to see Dr. Scher…. We know from experience he will help you too! If you listen you will have your child by next year this time!ThankYouDr.Scher!

Dr. Scher is one of the most caring doctors I know. He makes his patients feel comfortable and I could not have wished for a better doctor. I am most grateful to have been under his care for almost 50 years.

Dr Scher is very kind and thorough and he comes recommended from many top doctors in NYC. I added his adjuncts to my last FET witha PGS tested embryo and Dr Scher was confident it would work, but it did not. I spent about $15k on testing and extra medications including IGIV infusion and it did not help. I want to add that the nurse who administered the IVIG was very rude. I recommend this doctor but go with realistic expectations.

Outstanding, compassionate, caring, thorough doctor. Excellent bedside manner and follow-up. Excellent nurses. I'm so afraid he'll retire!

What a wonderful , caring , and intelligent man . They don't make Drs like this anymore. He's really a unique Dr. I was referred by a friend . We have had trouble conceiving and I have some autoimmune issues that other Drs at major hospitals and fertility clinics seemed to glaze over . I also had several miscarriages and a couple of failed Ivf cycles . Now on his regimen of specific supplements and medication , my hormones are balancing and I'm ovulating !

Most amazing doctor I have ever been to. He is so knowledgeable and so calming when you are nervous about something. A great doctor and an even greater man.

I'd been having fertility issues and seeing a top NYC fertility doctor for over 2 years, had 4 miscarriages, and tried 2 prior cycles of IVF all of which never lead to a viable pregnancy. My fertility doctor recommended my husband and I look into surrogacy and recommended Dr. Scher. I met with Dr. Scher and he reassured me that carrying my own child could not be ruled out yet and pointed out several potential autoimmune issues. After 4 visits, a lengthy medicine regimen, we're pregnant!
