Front desk terrible
They have called me almost everyday for a week reminding me of my appt just for me to drive from the westside to newburgh at 7:45AM to tell me my son couldnt be seen because i no showed an appointment in november. They couldnt have told me that on the phone last week? My ONLY no show by the way. Go somewhere where the staff is thorough. I pulled my daughter out of here too. They dont follow up on referral, appts none of that.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH
Was seen and treated today, 11-8-23, I was totally impressed with Dr Phillips’ expertise, his thorough examination, his knowledge of my medical records and history prior to my appointment!! Explains well, listens well, given ample opportunity to discuss my concerns and questions.Developed a plan for my health direction, reviewed all my current meds and health issuesGave me a complete 100% feeling of confidence in him and my care !Dr Phillips entire Team is a 100%,,Jennifer was extremely professional and Patient Friendly,, great people skillsI cannot express fully my appreciation for Dr Phillips and his Team !A true asset for Deaconess Gateway Hospital and Evansville !
