At that time, implants were not covered. Paid out of pocket $20,000 for 2 implants and porcelain caps for my daughters front teeth. Some time after, 1 cap fell out and she returned to have it fixed, which he put back crooked so she now had a space in her front teeth. The 2nd fell out shortly after. His receptionist at the time was very rude about the situation and we had a hard time speaking with him. To this day, she is having issues and is seeing a new dentist. He asked who was her original dentist and at the time, could not recall his name until now. His wife was also a part of the staff and was very snooty!!!

Overcharging on everything. Very nice doctor but don’t be fooled they talk you agreeing to hundred and even thousands of dollars of services that the insurance only paid fraction of the charges. When asked for clarification on the insurance side the response was a dentist can charge whatever he wants but the only pay what they feel is fair

He was very nice but his spouse (accounting) was a little short on personality. The second or third time we returned, there was a new receptionist as she was very rude, would not take a message for the doctor to call me back, saying he was busy!
