MUCH APPRECIATED
THIS PROVIDERS FACILITY WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A WORK COLLEAGUE EXPERIENCING VERY SIMILAR HEALTH ISSUES, HOWEVER, NOT AS EXTREME AS MINE. I AM MORE THAN GRATEFUL FOR THE ATTENTIVE QUALITY CARE PROVIDED DURING MY VISIT BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. I HONESTLY HAD SUCH PREVIOUSLY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER LOCAL PROVIDERS I NO LONGER WOULD GET EXAMS SINCE I WAS NO LONGER SEXUALLY ACTIVE. AFTER PLUS 30YRS OF SERVICE I WOULD EXPECT A QUALITY PROVIDER TO BE “BUSY” AND BE PREPARED FOR “A WAIT”. SO WORTH THE WAIT OF KNOWING I WILL CONSISTENTLY RECEIVE A THOROUGH VISIT ADDRESSING ALL POSSIBLE HEALTH CONCERNS AND NEEDS WITHIN THAT VISIT, AS WELL A BEING PROVIDED WITH THE BEST EDUCATION ON HOW TO ADDRESS AND OR MANAGE MY HEALTH. I AM SURE I SPEAK FOR MANY (GENERATIONS EVEN) WHEN I SAY WE APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICES DR. NWANAGU!

Horrible Experience
Over an hour wait to been seen by this so called "Doctor" I have medical anxiety, and asked if I could speak to the doctor without the students that were following him. His arrogance over that request was clear. I had never spoken or met with this doctor and I do not think my request was unreasonable. Once I begin to talk to him about what was going on, I felt very unheard. He said you should find one doctor and stick with them- he suggested- I see the same out of state doctor that I had been seeing. When I explained that did not make sense as it would be very hard for me to travel hours , he suggested virtual visits. His lack of care delayed my treatment, as it turned out I had a large pelvic mass. If you are reading this, PLEASE do not seek care here! His lack of care could very well have cost me my life.

Average South Carolina medical provider. Dr. Nwanagu seems knowable and confident in his practice, he comical and makes you comfortable. The chief complaint is the doctor is busy sometimes too busy to attend to your needs. He is a somewhat good listener however the doctor appears to be overbooked therefore unable to provide some needed individual hands on care. The waiting room is super small the time averages about 1 to 1.5 hrs. and the exam room wait is an additional 30-45 minutes.
